We spend so much time looking forward to where we want to be, who we want to be, how we want to be living but are not yet that we often forget where we came from in the first place.

When we do take the time to think of where we came from we often do it in a longing for what was way. We so easily look for the worst case scenario either in our past or in our future or in ourselves.
